solvents, wetting agents and alkaline detergents.  Removes

both hot and cold water. Inhibits corrosion to metal. Extremely
multiple purpose. Replaces traditional caustic and Butyl based

  • pH Neutral Soy-Citrus Degreaser
-Concentrated pH neutral soy-citrus degreaser  for almost any light
to heavy duty cleaning task. ALL NATURALLY DERIVED, water
dilutable cleaner/degreaser.  Replaces hazardous cleaners, many
chlorinated and petroleum distillate cleaners. Outperforms
traditional water soluble degreasers. Free of phosphates,
petroleum distillates and fuming solvents. Lower in alkalinity than
most cleaners. Safe for use on varnished surfaces. Non-toxic and

  • Graffiti Remover
-A 100% natural soy based product. Non-toxic, biodegradable,
environmentally friendly product. Has no harsh or caustic fumes.
High flash point and is non-abrasive.  Removes paint, marker,
inks, etc. Effective on many surfaces, including metal, concrete,
glass, aluminum etc.

  • All Purpose Cleaner
All-Purpose Cleaner cleans any surface not harmed by water.

  • Glass & Window Cleaner

  • Dry Eraser Markerboard Restore & Cleaner       
-Natural soy-based, non toxic product that removes all colors of dry
erase markers from white boards. Removes shadow tracings,
tape mastic, ghosting and stubborn, hard to remove markings.
Deep cleans the surface and restores like new. Rinses with water.

  • Soy Hand Cleaner & Moisturizer
-Made from corn and soybeans. Contains Vitamin E.
Environmentally safe! Clean, orange scent. The Heavy Duty Hand
Cleaner and Moisturizers Bio-based content is 92% as tested by
Iowa State University using conventional radiocarbon analytical
methods.

  • Adhesive & Mastic Remover
-Soy based product - 100% natural ingredients.  Non-toxic,

caustic fumes.  Safely removes gum, stickers, labels, rubber
cement, tape from virtually any surface.

  • Sidewalk & Patio Cleaner
